THE THREE PARISHES FUND

http://www.headley-village.com/threeparish

The Three Parishes Fund a registered charity No. 262563 was set up under a scheme of the Charity Commissioners in February 1979 incorporating the ‘Relief in Need Charity’ which had been set up by the Commissioners in July 1970. The origins of both Charities came from being in the Charity known as the “Allotments for the Labouring Poor” comprising land in an inclosure in the Ancient Parish of Headley. As land in this inclosure was sold the proceeds became available as capital for charitable purposes, the interest from the investment of this capital being available for carrying out the objects of this new Charity.

As a registered charity with an area of benefit comprising the whole of the civil parishes of Headley, Grayshott, Lindford and the town of Whitehill, the Trustees are able to assist people who reside in this area and are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by means of grants of money, or to provide or pay for items, services or facilities.
